This is the organisation that provides urgent NHS GP services to all patients in West Berkshire when GP surgeries are closed. It is an organisation within the NHS that is commissioned by Berkshire West Primary Care Trust.

When can patients use WestCall?

WestCall provides medical advice and management for the patients of all the GP practices in West Berkshire outside normal surgery hours and operates at the following times:

Mon to Fri: 18:30 > 08:00

Weekends: 18:30 Friday > 08:00 Monday

Public Holidays: 24 hours
